Steps to take for a successful clearance and biometric registration

Below are the steps ND FULL TIME NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENT are to follow for a successful clearance and biometric registration for the 2018/2019 academic session;

Documents needed for the clearance exercise:

*    POLYTECHNIC IBADAN APPLICATION SLIP (A.K.A POST UTME FORM)

*    ACCEPTANCE FEE RECEIPT

*    POLYTECHNIC IBADAN ADMISSION SLIP
*    O'LEVEL CERTIFICATE
*    JAMB ADMISSION LETTER

*    JAMB ORIGINAL RESULT (HAVING YOUR PICTURE)
*    6 PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH (HAVING RED, BLUE OR WHITE BACKGROUND)

You're to make 3 photocopies each for these documents

N.B.: 2017, 2018 O'level certificates are not ready for issuance, therefore come along with clear copy of the printout.

The clearance is scheduled as follow:

Venue of ND full time clearance: Conference Centre, beside ICT building, Wema Bank, South Campus.

Time: 8am - 9pm Mondays - Thursdays (Friday 8am- 2pm)

UPDATE: The ND/HND departmental cut-off mark for 2018/2019 aspirants is out.

Management of The Polytechnic Ibadan has released the Cut Off Marks for Admission into Full-Time Higher National Diploma and National Diploma (HND and ND) 2018/2019 Admission.

The Higher National Diploma (HND) cut-off is based on the CBT assessment conducted by the institution and National Diploma (ND) cut-off is based on JAMB Scores of applicants.

The cut-off mark varies by departments. So, applicants are hereby advised to check their cut-off mark as listed below.

To print the CBT Result, HND Applicants are to Login to their Portal, with email and password created, through http://apply.polyibadan.edu.ng/prospect/login then Click on Print application form.

Any candidate who does not meet the cut-off mark are advised to obtain the Daily Part Time Programme (DPP)Form.

Strictly for ND Aspirants - Check Your Admission Status Through Jambs Caps

To ND aspirant that chose The Polytechnic, Ibadan as their first choice institution and have all requirement for their aspired course should start checking their caps account.

This update is strictly for ND full-time aspirant that met their departmental cut off mark and chose right subject combination.

Some days back, we published a post for Poly Ibadan for ND and HND FULL TIME, today we got hint that the DPP form is out. The deadline for submission of DPP application form is unknown at the moment.

Poly Ibadan 2018/2019 Admission Screening and Post UTME Form for HND and ND is Out

Polytechnic Ibadan IBADANPOLY 2018/2019 Departmental Cut Off Mark and Point On JAMB Admission Screening And Post Utme Form is Out.

ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA

• Candidate applying for the National Diploma must have attempted the 2018/2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (150) and obtained a score that is not below 150
• Candidate must have made The institution their 1st or Second choice.
• Candidates who are interested in changing the first choice of institution to The Polytechnic Ibadan are also eligible to apply

Please note that JAMB has pegged the official cutoff marks for Polytechnic Ibadan to be 150 and nothing less than that. And if you did not choose Poly Ibadan earlier, you can now choose them to The Polytechnic Ibadan.

Also, take note that your WAEC or any other O’level result should be complete in other to partake for this year 2018/2019 admission screening exercise.

Admitted Already? Here Is The Next Thing To Do

 Polytechnic Ibadan finally release her admission list for ND aspirant. Congratulations to them.

If you are admitted already, The next thing to do now is to pay your Acceptance Fee and proceed for clearance.

Below is the required clearance documents

• Application Slip
• Admission Slip
• Acceptance payment receipt
• O'level result
• Original jamb result
• Two passport photographs

ND ADMISSION LIST IS OUT

This is to notify the ND aspirant of polytechnic of Ibadan that the ADMISSION IS OUT

You can start paying for acceptance fee of 25, 000 naira to have access to your full portal. 

If you are HND aspirant, you can click here to check your admission status. 

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ND FULL TIME AND DAILY PART-TIME

Many find it hard to understand who can obtain OND DPP form, It is not compulsory you choose Ibadanpoly during your jamb registration, once you have 150 & above as the stipulated uniformed cut off mark of the institution, You are free to obtain TPI, OND DPP form.

• The program is 2years, as also full time program.
• DPP students also receive lectures daily with the full time students .
• DPP students also go for Industrial training , just like full time students.
• The difference is The body in charge of DPP program is a separate entity.
• DPP sch fees is a bit higher than full-time.

Save yourself the stress of waiting till next year before you gain admission.
