PolyIbadan 2017/2018 Second Semester Exam Date

Having confirmed that the 2017/2018 second semester examination date has been shifted, we’ve been getting emails from students asking if all faculties are starting at the same time or it will be scheduled like that of the previous semester.

We hereby inform you that the 2017/2018 second semester examination will follow the same procedure as scheduled for the first-semester examination which is the “Grouping System“.

The Rector has given the executive approval to commence examination on Monday, 8th October 2018 and the committee has agreed to start the examination with the first group which would be FSC, FES & FENG while the second group would be FBCS & FFMS.

With respect to this, you are advised to get all necessary things done (such as payment of tuition fee, completing your registration), and as well start preparing for exams.

2018/2019 Screening Date Admission Exercise For ND & HND aspirants

According to the Poly Ibadan Management, the Poly Ibadan Admission Cut Off Mark will be used to admit the National Diploma Students. If your Jamb score is equal to or higher than the cut off mark for the course you want to read, you will be considered for Admission. If it is lower than the cut off mark, your admission might not be considered. It is very likely that this may be the only requirements to Admit ND students as there won't be screening or exam for ND.


HND 
This is to inform all HND aspirants that the post-screening exams have been scheduled to start from Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th September, 2018 at the Polytechnic Ibadan ICT CENTRE.

Please find attached the roster for the 2018/2019 POST ND Screening scheduled for Wednesday 26th - Friday 28th September 2018 at the ICT Center. (Beside Wema Bank) The Polytechnic Ibadan.

You are kindly enjoined to be at the venue by 7:30am and 12:30pm for the Morning and Afternoon shifts respectively.

All HND full-time candidates are expected to be at the venue by 7:30am.

Registered HND candidates should visit the portal from TUESDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER, 2018 to reprint their acknowledgment slip to ascertain their CBT scheduled date.

Postponement of the Incoming Exam for the Faculty of Engineering, Science and Environmental Studies

You should be aware that the incoming exam for the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science and Faculty of Environmental Studies has been postponed from May 21st to May 24th due to the ongoing exam of the Faculty of Business and Communication Studies and Faculty of Financial Management Studies which would come to an end on the 23rd of May. 

So Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Environmental Studies and Faculty of Science are starting their exam on the 24th.

Kindly have it in mind that only students with their School fee receipt, Departmental Levy receipt, Departmental ID card and SUG receipt will be allow to write the exam or go to your department to make enquiry about your incoming exam pass because so department also request for Faculty Levy receipt.
